Waterpik Aquarius WP-660 Water Flosser Review
The Aquarius WP-660 is Waterpik’s most advanced water flosser to date. The design has a sleek, high-tech look that won’t look out-of-place in even the most stylish bathroom. The advanced features are capable of providing a professional quality clean that effectively removes plaque and debris from the teeth and gum pockets. The selection of cleaning tips is especially useful for users with braces or dental implants.
Less robust than previous models.
- - 1 Minute cleaning timer with 30 second quad timer.
- - Handle on/off control.
- - Gum massage mode.
- - Led Information Panel.
Pros: This oral irrigation unit performs very well. The on/off switch on the handle is a nice feature that allows the cleaning tip to be positioned in the mouth before turning on the water. Great selection of cleaning tips.
Cons: The WP-660 feels less substantial than earlier models, the plastic is thinner and the body is not as robust as other flossers.
Conclusion: The WP-660 Aquarius is a nice unit that performs very well. It does feel rather light weight compared to the older Waterpik Ultra WP-100 but the operation and performance is still of the high quality you would expect from a Waterpik device. The recommended retail price is more than the WP-100 and it is debatable whether it is worth the extra money but if you shop around they can usually be purchased at a very reasonable price.
